Serial production is ideal of any manufacturer and involves the integration of a component into the customer’s final product.
Currently, ARDACO has an active portfolio of over 160 series products, approved for the German industry and beyond, which represents an important part of our production.
The integration process for serial products is difficult and time-consuming, making it hard to achieve for many manufacturers. The customer is looking for a supplier capable to ensure the same quality standard for each order, for a long period of time. The relationship between supplier and client becomes permanent, being characterized by a high degree of trust and seriousness, on both sides.
For approval, each product must pass a series of quality tests, starting with the first samples and continuing throughout the life of the product, by sampling from each batch.
We start by producing sample products, according to the technical specifications required by the customer
The samples are tested, and if necessary, a new run of updated samples will pass through tests, till reaching a positive result
The customer ensures that we as supplier, have the technological capacities to deliver in a timely fashion the demanded quantities
If the supplier analysis and the samples correspond to the customer-imposed standards, the parts are certified for production
